2015 Nissan Qashqai 1.5L Diesel · WV15 ADZ

The Nissan Qashqai presents a roadworthy status as of the most recent examination on 20 February 2026 at 116,958 miles, where the tester recorded no defects. Maintenance trend across the available history remains stable, with every pass showing a clean sheet and no advisories. The vehicle failed on 17 February 2026 at 116,956 miles and again on 5 February 2025 at 110,473 miles, yet both failures list no defects, indicating administrative or presentation anomalies rather than mechanical faults. Mileage accumulation aligns with typical use for an eleven-year-old vehicle. The record shows 103,704 miles on 17 February 2024, rising to 110,473 miles on 5 February 2025 and 116,958 miles on 20 February 2026. That equates to roughly 6,500 to 6,800 miles per year over the last three tests, below the lifetime average of about 10,600 miles annually, implying heavier early use then a gentler recent regime. The supplied history is sparse, covering only three consecutive winters, but each entry is free of recorded wear items. A buyer should still commission a physical inspection of core mechanical and structural elements despite the absent advisories. At this age and mileage, suspension bushes, coil springs, brake discs and calipers warrant close measurement for fatigue or binding. The tester noted no corrosion or exhaust emissions issues, but sills, subframes and mounting points must be checked for hidden rust given the vehicle's exposure to winter road salts since 2015. The repeated fail-with-no-defect entries suggest the previous keeper treated MOT scheduling casually, possibly submitting incomplete paperwork. Verify the DVSA database and V5C before purchase. Otherwise, the consistent clean passes imply competent if not meticulous upkeep of consumables.
