2007 Toyota Aygo 1.0L Petrol · YR07 GRK

This Toyota Aygo demonstrates an exceptional track record of roadworthiness, maintaining a completely clean MOT history with no recorded failures or advisories over the last five years. The most recent inspection on 10 February 2026 confirms a continuing trend of mechanical stability, indicating that the vehicle has avoided the common corrosion and wear issues typically associated with this model's age. The recorded mileage of 15,518 miles is extremely low for a nineteen-year-old vehicle, representing an average annual usage of approximately 817 miles. This usage pattern suggests the car has spent the majority of its life in a state of limited operation. While this results in minimal wear on the engine and gearbox, such low mileage often means that rubber components and seals may have aged without the benefit of regular lubrication and heat cycles. Given the absence of any flagged defects in the DVSA records, the primary objective during a physical inspection should be to verify that the mechanical condition aligns with the clean paperwork. During a test drive, pay close attention to the brake pedal feel to ensure there is no binding or stiffness in the calipers, which can occur in low-mileage vehicles. Listen for any knocks or clicks from the suspension bushes and linkages when traversing uneven surfaces, as these components can perish over time regardless of the distance travelled. Ensure the engine reaches operating temperature smoothly and that there are no abnormal vibrations through the steering wheel or chassis. While the MOT history shows no structural concerns or corrosion, a visual check of the underbody is recommended to confirm the continued integrity of the subframe and brake pipes, ensuring the vehicle remains as robust as the official records suggest.
