2005 Aston Martin V8 Vantage 4.3L Petrol · S700 ACM

The vehicle's overall roadworthiness is currently good, but the maintenance trend is not stable; it is deteriorating due to the failure of the nearside headlamp system and the thinning inner park brake pad. This indicates that basic upkeep was skipped, leading to a gradual accumulation of wear that has now reached a critical state. The mileage pattern is highly irregular, with significant gaps observed between the 2026-02-05 and 2024-02-07 tests, suggesting that a vehicle owner may have driven the car for less than 500 miles between MOT dates. This sparse data makes it difficult to accurately assess the true wear rate of components like suspension bushes or brake discs, as the test results are not linked to the actual distance driven. Given the recurring failure of the nearside headlamp and the thinning brake pad, the vehicle requires immediate inspection of the suspension and braking systems. Structural risks such as rust or corrosion in the chassis or exhaust emissions are not present in the current record, but the mechanical integrity of the drivetrain components is compromised. A buyer should inspect the suspension bushes, coil springs, and binding calipers to determine if they are within safe operating limits before proceeding with a purchase.
