2012 Audi Q5 2.0L Diesel · A8 KNF

The 2012 Audi Q5 presents as roadworthy with a stable maintenance trend, confirmed by the most recent test on 14 June 2025 at 77,796 miles where the tester recorded no defects. Every annual examination from 8 July 2021 through to 2025 passed without a single advisory or failure. The vehicle shows no worsening mechanical condition across the five-year record. Recorded mileage sits at 77,796 against an age of roughly fourteen years, equating to about 5,557 miles per year. The odometer moved from 66,716 on 8 July 2021 to 73,530 on 29 June 2024, then to 77,796 by June 2025. Annual use stayed between 2,000 and 3,800 miles with no gaps or sudden accumulation. Such low, steady figures suggest light private use, though prolonged standing periods remain possible and can age rubber components regardless of distance covered. The clean MOT history gives no flagged faults for suspension bushes, brake discs, coil springs, or structural corrosion. A buyer should still commission a physical inspection beneath the sills and subframe, as surface rust and perished bushes evade the annual test until advanced. Check the condition of tyres and wiper blades for age cracking given the low mileage and likely intermittent use. Previous owners clearly kept the vehicle to a passable standard with no skipped tests or repeated advisories. The absence of recorded defects implies basic upkeep was maintained, but a pre-purchase mechanical appraisal remains prudent on a low-mileage fourteen-year-old Audi.
