2021 Peugeot Boxer 2.2L Diesel · BK71 LVR

The vehicle currently holds a clean roadworthiness status based on its most recent certification. In the October 2024 MOT test conducted at 48,887 miles, the Peugeot Boxer passed without any defects or advisories. This indicates a stable maintenance trend where the vehicle has met all safety and emissions standards without immediate mechanical or structural failure during the last inspection period. The recorded mileage of 48,887 miles over a five-year period reflects an annual average of approximately 9,777 miles. This figure is consistent with typical usage for a commercial vehicle of this age, suggesting the van has not been subjected to excessive heavy-duty cycles or extreme mileage. The last test occurred less than nine months ago, meaning the data regarding the condition of the braking system and structural integrity remains relevant for a current purchase decision. Since the MOT history is sparse and lacks recurring faults, a prospective buyer should focus on a physical inspection of components prone to wear on high-roof vans. Given the age, check the suspension bushes, control arms, and coil springs for signs of fatigue or tearing, as these often degrade regardless of low mileage. Examine the brake discs for uneven wear or binding calipers, and inspect the chassis for any early signs of corrosion or structural damage, particularly in areas where road and salt might accumulate.
