2015 Toyota RAV4 2.0L Diesel · CX15 UNV

The 2015 Toyota RAV4 presents as roadworthy with a stable maintenance trend. The most recent test on 26 March 2025 at 97,609 miles returned a pass with no defects recorded, continuing an unbroken sequence of clean MOT outcomes across the available history. Mileage progression stays consistent with typical use for an eleven-year-old vehicle. The record shows 49,022 miles at the 22 December 2021 test, rising to 65,376 miles by 23 January 2023, then 80,245 miles on 29 February 2024, and 97,609 miles at the March 2025 test. Annual accumulation averages near 8,874 miles with no abrupt jumps or standing gaps. Four consecutive passes with zero advisories indicate the previous keeper addressed consumables before each examination rather than letting wear flag as defects. A buyer should still commission an independent inspection of suspension bushes, coil springs, and brake discs given the car is now past 97,000 miles. The MOT file raises no corrosion, exhaust emission, or structural integrity concerns, yet DVSA tests capture only road-legal condition on the day. Verify underbody shielding for trapped moisture and check the rear subframe for early rust pitting common on high-mileage RAV4 units. Tyres and wiper blades show no recorded wear issues, so previous upkeep appears disciplined. The absence of recurring advisories suggests no worsening mechanical pattern, but pre-purchase scrutiny of drivetrain mounts and caliper slide freedom remains prudent at this age.
