2021 Honda NSS 125 AD-M 0.1L Petrol · KE21 ACV

The 2021 Honda NSS 125 AD-M remains roadworthy, with no defects recorded in its most recent MOT on 2025-10-02 at 17,803 miles. The maintenance trend is stable, as the prior 2024-07-19 test at 14,087 miles also showed no issues. This consistency suggests the vehicle has been maintained to a standard meeting legal requirements, with no emerging mechanical or structural concerns flagged in the two most recent assessments. The recorded mileage of 17,803 miles over five years equates to an average of 3,561 miles annually, significantly below the UK’s typical usage for this age of vehicle. The gap between the 2024 and 2025 MOTs spans 15 months, during which the odometer increased by 3,716 miles, implying infrequent use. This pattern may indicate periods of inactivity, which could affect components like the battery, engine seals, or suspension bushes if not periodically exercised. The absence of corrosion or wear advisories in the records suggests the previous owner prioritized basic upkeep, though low-mileage vehicles still require thorough inspection for hidden issues. A buyer should verify the condition of the braking system, including rear caliper binding and brake disc warping, as these can develop in underused vehicles. Suspension components, such as coil springs and bushes, should be checked for stiffness or wear, while the exhaust system’s integrity should be confirmed to rule out hidden corrosion. Despite the clean MOT history, the low mileage warrants a closer look at fluid levels, tire tread, and chain alignment, as these elements may degrade without regular operation. The vehicle’s mechanical state appears sound, but physical inspection is essential to validate the absence of undetected faults.
