2022 Volkswagen Polo Life TSI 1.0L Petrol · OE22 AYF

The vehicle presents a high standard of roadworthiness with a stable maintenance trend. The most recent MOT test conducted on 22 August 2025 at 21,915 miles passed with no defects or advisories recorded. This follows a clean result from September 2024, indicating that the vehicle maintained its mechanical and structural integrity throughout the inspection period. The mileage pattern is consistently low, reflecting an average of approximately 5,479 miles per year over its four-year life. Between the September 2024 test at 17,852 miles and the August 2025 test at 21,915 miles, the car covered 4,063 miles. This low usage suggests light annual travel, which typically reduces wear on drivetrain components, suspension bushes, and brake assemblies. Since the record shows no recurring faults or historical advisories, a buyer should focus on verifying the physical low-mileage status. Vehicles that mileage infrequently can occasionally suffer from flat-spotted tyres or corroded brake discs if left stationary for long periods. Inspect the tyres for sidew cracking despite ample tread depth and ensure the brake calipers operate smoothly without pulling the car. Given the clean history, the primary concern remains confirming the service history aligns with these low mileage figures to ensure oil changes were performed annually.
