2014 Ford Kuga 2.0L Diesel · SA64 HJZ

The vehicle presents a high standard of roadworthiness, evidenced by a string of clean passes over the last five years. The most recent inspection conducted on 10 January 2026 at 122,326 miles returned no defects, indicating that the maintenance trend remains exceptionally stable. This consistent performance suggests the previous owners have proactively addressed minor wear and tear issues before they could result in a formal test failure. The mileage accumulation is remarkably consistent for a twelve-year-old vehicle, averaging approximately 10,200 miles per annum. Between the 2021 test at 84,609 miles and the January 2026 test at 122,326 miles, the car covered 37,717 miles, maintaining a steady usage pattern. There are no signs of long periods of stagnation or sudden spikes in mileage, suggesting the drivetrain and mechanical components have been used regularly, which typically helps prevent issues like seized seals or brake corrosion often associated with long periods of inactivity. While the MOT record shows no recurring advisories or structural failures, the high mileage dictates that a physical inspection should focus on high-wear components typical of this model. A buyer should check the condition of the suspension bushes and coil springs, as these often degrade after the 100,000-mile mark. Given the clean history, verifying the thickness of the brake discs and checking for any oil leaks around the engine is necessary to ensure the mechanical condition matches the excellent presentation reflected in the digital record.
