2016 Toyota Voxy 1.8L Hybrid electric (clean) · FJ16 MRX

The vehicle is currently roadworthy following a successful MOT test on October 1, 2025 at 82,521 miles. The maintenance trend appears stable, although a minor failure just two days prior to that pass indicates a reactive approach to repairs rather than proactive replacement. The tester flagged both nearside and offside front anti-roll bar ball joint dust covers, which were rectified immediately to achieve the passing grade. At 82,521 miles, the Toyota Voxy averages approximately 8,250 miles per year, which aligns with typical UK usage patterns for a decade-old vehicle. The data shows consistent intervals between the September 2023 test at 62,406 miles and the August 2024 test at 70,548 miles, representing roughly 8,000 miles in eleven months. This steady accumulation suggests the vehicle has not been subjected to long periods of stationary storage which often leads to accelerated degradation of rubber seals and de-gre of mechanical components. A buyer should physically inspect the front suspension components to ensure the anti-roll bar ball joints were replaced alongside the dust covers. Because the dust covers failed due to dirt ingress, there is a risk that the joints themselves have developed play or internal wear if not fully replaced. Check the remaining suspension bushes and control arm mounts for cracking, as the record does not highlight these areas yet despite them being common points of failure at this mileage. The absence of any structural corrosion advisories across the last three recorded tests suggests the chassis remains in good condition.
