2011 Vauxhall Zafira 1.6L Petrol · LJ61 AEY

The 2022‑03‑25 MOT passed the Vauxhall Zafira at 103,798 miles, confirming it remains roadworthy despite noted wear. The record shows a pattern of recurring tyre wear, suspension component wear and minor exhaust leaks that have persisted since 2020, indicating a stable but deteriorating condition rather than improvement. From 2015 (45,581 miles) to 2022 (103,798 miles) the vehicle accumulated roughly 58,217 miles over seven years, averaging about 8,300 miles per year, which aligns with its 15‑year age and typical usage. No significant periods of inactivity are evident; each annual test reflects continuous mileage accumulation. A buyer should examine the near‑side rear coil spring for rust, inspect the front and rear suspension arm pins and bushes for excessive play, verify the condition of the front brake disc for pitting or weakening, measure tyre tread depth to confirm it meets the 1.6 mm legal minimum, and check for any active ABS or ESC warning lamps that may indicate underlying electronic faults.
