2015 Vauxhall Mokka 1.4L Petrol · OY65 LLE

A flawless sequence of five consecutive clean passes culminating in the most recent test on January 17, 2026, at 84,940 miles establishes an exceptionally strong trajectory of roadworthiness. Without a single failure or advisory recorded across multiple years of annual testing, this Vauxhall Mokka demonstrates a consistent standard of mechanical upkeep and structural integrity. Such an unblemished inspection history highlights a vehicle that has avoided the chronic neglect of suspension components, brake line corrosion, or exhaust degradation often seen in models of this era, pointing to a reassuringly straightforward path for any prospective owner. Accumulating roughly 7,722 miles per year over its eleven-year lifespan places this Mokka firmly in line with typical national usage patterns, avoiding the excessive wear associated with high-mileage fleet duties as well as the mechanical risks of prolonged inactivity. This steady mileage accumulation ensures that drivetrain components, cooling systems, and engine ancillaries have been regularly brought up to operating temperature, mitigating the risks of internal condensation buildup and stagnant fluid degradation. The consistent odometer progression between successive annual tests confirms a predictable lifecycle of regular road use rather than erratic periods of heavy strain or long-term storage. Given the complete absence of historical advisories or component failures on record, a physical pre-purchase inspection should focus on the inherent mechanical characteristics of the Mokka platform, specifically listening for suspension knocks or rattles over uneven road surfaces during the test drive. Pay close attention to the steering response and front axle geometry for any play or wandering, and test the braking system thoroughly for straight-line stopping performance, firm pedal feel, and the absence of any binding or vibration. Furthermore, a comprehensive under-vehicle examination on a ramp remains essential to inspect the condition of the subframes, brake pipes, and suspension bushes, ensuring that lack of past advisories reflects genuine structural health rather than superficial pre-test preparation. Verify the operation of the clutch and manual gearbox or automatic transmission depending on the specification, checking for smooth gear engagement and the absence of clutch slip or transmission whine under load. A close inspection of the engine bay for any oil misting or fluid leaks will complete a thorough assessment of this mechanically sound Vauxhall.
