2023 Vauxhall Mokka Ultimate EV Electricity · NA03 ARN

This Vauxhall Mokka Ultimate EV demonstrates a stable roadworthiness profile, having passed its most recent MOT test on 19 March 2026 with no recorded defects at 13,846 miles . The absence of advisories or failings across the single available test suggests the vehicle has met all mandatory safety and emissions criteria without immediate cause for concern. However, the test’s proximity to today—just four months old —means no further data exists to assess long-term reliability trends. The lack of prior MOT history prevents confirmation of whether earlier tests revealed any recurring issues, but the current pass indicates compliance with current standards for brakes, suspension, emissions, and structural integrity. The recorded mileage of 13,846 miles over approximately three years —roughly 4,600 miles per annum —is unusually low for a vehicle of this age, particularly given its electric powertrain, which typically sees higher usage due to lower maintenance demands. Such low mileage could imply limited driving, extended periods of storage, or potential underutilisation. Without earlier mileage readings, it is impossible to determine whether the vehicle was previously driven significantly more or if this pattern has always been consistent. Buyers should verify whether the low mileage aligns with the vehicle’s actual usage history, as prolonged inactivity—even in an EV—can accelerate wear on tyres, suspension components, and battery health. Given the sparse MOT history, an in-person inspection should prioritise tyre condition and tread depth , as the single pass record offers no insight into whether previous tests flagged uneven wear or low tread. The suspension—particularly bushings, coil springs, and struts —should be examined for excessive play, corrosion, or leaks, as these are common areas of concern in EVs with low mileage but potential storage-related degradation. The battery health warrants scrutiny, as EVs with minimal driving may experience reduced capacity or degraded state of charge over time. Finally, check for corrosion around wheel arches, sills, and underbody —common in vehicles with limited movement—and confirm the regenerative braking system and high-voltage components are intact, as these are critical to the vehicle’s performance and safety.
